Your beautiful quilts are the heart of the quilt show!
You can sign up to submit quilts until Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
- You must be a registered WQG member to submit a quilt.
- Two quilts are allowed per member. Due to space, if one is large (king) size, please choose a smaller second submission.

Boutique
Now is the time for members to contribute items for sale in the Boutique!
This is a great opportunity to use up some of your scraps and try out some fun ideas. Plus, it’s a great way to support our guild!
Want to make something but need inspiration? Check out our Pinterest account and the different boards for ideas!
Remember that in addition to creating something to be sold in the Boutique, there are different ways you support its success including helping to sell show and raffle tickets, and setting up and/or breaking down the Boutique. Linked below are the volunteer forms to submit an item for sale or to help with the Boutique. If you have any questions, add them to your form and Amanda Roe will follow up with you or you can send her an email directly at Boutique@westsidequiltersguild.com.
