Membership/Renewal Applications

Membership Renewal dues are $48 annually (July of current year to June of following year).
Please make checks payable to Westside Quilters Guild. Yours canceled check will serve as your receipt. Mail in address is on form. (PO Box 1036, North Plains, OR. 97133)

New Membership dues: July – Sept $48 Oct – Dec $ 36 Jan – Mar $24 Apr – June $ 12
(these are prorated amounts for “First Time” NEW MEMBERS only when joining mid year)

Other membership types: Business: $68 annually (includes website link & name listed in newsletter) Student: Age 11 – 21; dues $18 annually Patron: $500 lifetime membership
